ResMed revenue hits US$1.5B in Q4 FY26

ResMed (ASX:RMD) reported a 9% increase in fourth-quarter revenue to reach US$1.5 billion, driven by strong demand across sleep devices, masks, accessories, and software solutions.

For full fiscal year 2026, total company revenue grew 10% to US$5.65 billion. Full-year net income rose 9% to US$1.52 billion.

Operating cash flow totalled US$455 million, and free cash flow totalled US$404 million, supporting US$287 million returned to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.

"We closed fiscal year 2026 with strong fourth quarter results, reflecting continued momentum of our global business, sustained demand for our market-leading products, and disciplined execution of our strategy," said ResMed Chairman and CEO Mick Farrell.

Quarterly figures included $42 million in Astral safety notification expenses alongside an agreement to sell MatrixCare.

The company declared a dividend of 66 US cents per share, up 10% from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on Sept. 24 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 20.

Following the announcement, the ResMed share price was up at $31.48.

The medical device manufacturer generates income from cloud-connected respiratory equipment and care management software platforms.
