  • Red Hill Minerals declared a fully franked final dividend of 10.8 cents per share for FY26.
  • The announcement coincided with a 1.31% gain in the company's stock price to $4.63.
  • Growth was driven by $28.8 million in royalty income from the Onslow Iron Project.

Red Hill Minerals (ASX:RHI) declared a fully franked final FY26 dividend of 10.8 cents per share following strong financial performance driven by royalty revenue.

The payout brings total dividends for the fiscal year to 22.4 cents per share, reflecting the company’s policy of distributing 50% of its $28.8 million in royalty revenue.

“The achievement of nameplate capacity at the Onslow Iron Project generated $28.8 million in royalty income for FY26,” said Red Hill Minerals Executive Chairman Joshua Pitt.

The business closed the period ended 30 June 2026 with total income of $31.6 million, net profit after tax of $20.1 million, and a net cash position of $62.8 million.

Looking ahead, the company plans to fund ongoing exploration programmes at its Curnamona and West Pilbara projects while maintaining dividend payments and pursuing further royalty acquisitions.

Following the announcement, the Red Hill Minerals share price was up at $4.63.

The exploration and royalty business transitioned its portfolio after selling its 40% interest in the Red Hill Iron Ore Joint Venture to Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) for cash consideration and a 0.75% free-on-board iron ore royalty stream.

Red Hill Minerals continues to expand its asset base by funding initial drilling programmes across the Curnamona Project along the South Australia and New South Wales border alongside its wholly owned Pannawonica Iron Ore Project.
