
QuickFee posts $39.3M full-year net profit

QuickFee (ASX:QFE) posted a $39.3 million full-year net profit following an asset sale. The outcome marked an improvement from the $4.3 million net loss reported during the previous year.
Total revenue fell 27% to $18.4 million following the US$26.4 million sale of US Pay Now.
Underlying revenue fell $16.8 million, while EBITDA rose to $3.8 million. The company recorded a maiden positive net profit after tax of $3.7 million.
"Following the sale of our US business to Aiwyn, we returned capital to shareholders of 7.5 cents per share, and we implemented a new capital management and dividend policy," said QuickFee Chairman Dale Smorgon.
QuickFee declared a final unfranked dividend of 0.5 cents to bring the annual return to 1 cent. A special dividend of up to 1 cent per share is expected in late 2026.
Following the announcement, the QuickFee share price was unchanged at $0.078.
The company stated that 2027 underlying earnings are expected to range between $4.5 million and $5.5 million.
The expanded loan book with an AUD credit facility expanded from $45 million to $60 million.
Executives stated the broader business strategy involves leveraging an expanded $60 million credit facility and pursuing software integrations.
