Qube extends exclusivity period with Macquarie

Qube Holdings (ASX:QUB) has confirmed that Macquarie Asset Management has met the conditions outlined in their November 2025 exclusivity agreement, allowing the exclusivity period to continue.
The company cautioned that there is no guarantee the proposal will lead to a binding offer for Qube shareholders and said it will provide updates on the matter as necessary.
At the time of reporting, Qube Holdings' share price was $4.75.
