
Pro Medicus posts $261M full-year revenue

Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) reported a full-year revenue of $261.7 million for the period ended June 30, alongside an underlying net profit after tax of $144.7 million.
The performance follows the previous fiscal year when the company posted lower annual revenues and smaller underlying earnings across its core medical imaging operations.
Net profit after tax jumped 130.3% year over year to $265.3 million, while cash and other financial assets at the end of the period were $252.3 million, an increase of 19.7%.
"We were aiming for 30% increases in EBIT and NPAT, and we exceeded both on a constant currency basis," said Pro Medicus CEO Dr Sam Hupert.
During the financial year, the company secured 10 new contracts worth a minimum of $407 million and renewed six existing contracts valued at $141 million.
The company stated that it expects ongoing contributions from its digital pathology products, AI-optimised reporting tools, and recent contract implementations to support future activities.
Following the announcement, the Pro Medicus share price was down at $190.81.
Pro Medicus declared a fully franked final dividend of 37 cents per share, bringing its total dividend to 69 cents per share, higher by 25.5% from the dividend paid last year.
The company continues to operate without any debt while maintaining a cash and financial asset balance of $252.3 million.
