Pioneer Credit posts $23.1M annual net profit

Pioneer Credit (ASX:PNC) reported a net profit after tax of $23.1 million for the 2026 financial year.

The result represents a 245% increase compared to the $6.7 million net profit recorded last year.

EBITDA for the fiscal year came to $105.9 million, up from $94 million a year earlier.

FY26 PDP investment stood at $105.1 million. Pioneer has provided FY27 PDP investment guidance of $100 to $110 million.

“We delivered our strongest profit result and invested at record levels in high-quality PDPs,” said Pioneer Credit Managing Director Keith John.

The business reported $147.6 million in cash collections, and management expects costs to service margins to remain between 33% and 35%.

Management expects continued growth, and following the announcement, the Pioneer Credit share price was up at $0.687.

Pioneer has provided FY27 cash collections guidance of $170 to $180 million and FY29 NPAT guidance of at least $35 million.

Pioneer Credit purchases impaired retail credit accounts and works with customers to develop sustainable repayment plans.

The financial results follow a recently completed $17 million equity placement designed to strengthen the company's funding capacity.
