Perenti wins mining contracts exceeding $200M
- Perenti secured multiple drilling and underground mining contracts collectively valued at over $200 million.
- The new contract wins build revenue visibility into FY27 and expand the company's international mining footprint.
- Management is leveraging the business's scale and specialised underground capabilities to capture growing global demand.
Perenti (ASX:PRN) announced new contracts across its drilling and underground mining divisions valued at more than $200 million.
The new awards build on recent operational momentum across key mining regions, including Australia, the United States, Canada, and Senegal.
"These awards are excellent examples of the ongoing success our drilling teams are having across our operating regions," said Perenti Managing Director & CEO Vanessa Torres.
The drilling division agreements will generate approximately $185 million in revenue during FY27, while an initial underground development phase at the Sabodala-Masawa project in Senegal contributes $20 million.
Perenti stated that a potential second phase at Sabodala-Massawa could substantially expand the work scope upon confirmation from project owner Endeavour Mining.
Following the announcement, the Perenti share price was unchanged at $2.15.
The contract additions span all five of the group's drilling brands alongside its underground mining operational arm.
