PC Gold (ASX:PC2) settled the acquisition of the former Territory Iron accommodation camp in Pine Creek, Northern Territory, for a total consideration of $770,000 plus GST to support its operations.

The facility was previously operational in 2015 under Territory Iron before settlement occurred for its transfer to the company.

The transaction involves a cash payment of $1.075 per share, securing 16 accommodation blocks containing 64 rooms alongside office, storage, mains power, water, and sewerage infrastructure.

The company stated that the acquisition delivers significant time and cost advantages over permitting and constructing a new facility while providing space for additional expansion.

Following the announcement, the PC Gold share price was unchanged at $1.075.

The company holds a 100% interest in the Spring Hill Gold Project, located approximately 30 minutes by road from the acquired camp site.

The business continues to execute its operational strategy in the Pine Creek region following its listing on the ASX.
