Assay results from surface rock chip samples reached up to 43.7g/t Au along an 80m sampled strike length within a broader 4km shear zone.
The combined district mineral resource currently sits at 55.2Mt grading 1.09g/t AuEq containing 1.93Moz AuEq.
Following the announcement, the Nordic Resources share price was unchanged at $0.16.
Nordic Resources previously reported an updated interim resource estimate for its nearby Kopsa project on Oct. 12.
The company continues to assess regional processing options across its four exploration properties.
