Mader Group rewards staff after hitting financial targets

Mader Group (ASX:MAD) has distributed $51.8 million worth of shares to staff after meeting its 2026 profit goals.

The payout follows the company successfully tripling its annual revenue to $1 billion through an average annual growth rate of 28%.

The distribution was the third and final tranche of stock on offer to participants in a share and cash bonus scheme put together by Mader in 2021 to support its first five-year strategic plan.

Under the final tranche, CEO Justin Nuich, North American head John Greville, and CFO Paul Hegarty shared 2.5 million shares and $2.5 million in cash.

Mader stated that it expects net profit to rise 11% to $72.5 million on this financial revenue, while revenue is projected to reach $1.13 billion.

Following the announcement, the Mader Group share price was unchanged at $6.50.

The mining services contractor was founded in 2005 and currently employs 4,500 people across 10 countries.

The company recently expanded into defence consultancy by purchasing Wilson Hammond Group for up to $5.3 million.
