
Macmahon sees FY26 revenue grow to $2.6B

Macmahon (ASX:MAH) reported $2.6 billion in FY26 revenue driven by underground and civil infrastructure expansion.
The 8% revenue increase from $2.4 billion in FY25 was accompanied by an 11% rise in underlying earnings. Statutory net profit after tax was up 37% at $101.1 million.
"We have again delivered on our objective of improving return on average capital employed and are tracking well towards our target of 25%," said Macmahon CEO Michael Finnegan.
The company stated its $5.9 billion order book and $25 billion tender pipeline will support increased earnings guidance.
Underlying EBITDA increased by 2% to $393.8 million, and underlying EBIT(A) increased by 11% to $190.1 million.
Management forecast increased FY27 earnings; following the announcement, the Macmahon share price was down at $0.99.
The board declared an increased final dividend of 1.25 cents per share for the year ended June 30. This brings the total FY26 dividend payment to 2.20 cents per share, up 47% on FY25.
The contractor stated it has actively expanded its service offerings across the entire mining value chain.
The business noted this diversification strategy recently secured $2.2 billion in forward revenue for the upcoming financial year.
