
Locksley Resources completes strategic portfolio review update

Locksley Resources (ASX:LKY) has concluded a strategic portfolio review and formally updated its development strategy for its United States assets.
This follows a period of portfolio evaluation that contrasted with the company's previous approach of broad-based exploration across its international tenements.
"Our priority is to allocate capital to opportunities with a credible pathway to commercial scale," said Locksley Resources Chair Bevan Tarratt.
The company stated that the updated strategy will prioritise the advancement of key U.S. projects, with initial development milestones now scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2027.
The company intends to maintain the existing claims in good standing through applicable Bureau of Land Management claim fees, county filings and regulatory compliance, subject to periodic board review.
Following the announcement, the Locksley Resources share price was unchanged at $0.051.
The company is undertaking a review of the technical findings and collaborative work on the DeepSolv hydrometallurgical process with Rice University to determine if additional work is to be undertaken.
