KTEK Aerosystems recommences deliveries, expands capacity

KTEK Aerosystems (ASX:KTK) has restarted product deliveries under its principal programme while expanding monthly manufacturing capacity to 200 units.

The initial delivery batch met the company’s target restart timeline set for September

Dekel Keisar, Founder and Managing Director of KTEK Aerosystems, said, “Recommencing deliveries on schedule is an important execution milestone for KTEK. The product is now moving through our European manufacturing network to the customer, marking the return of our principal production programme to active delivery.”

The shipment comprises completed subassemblies produced by European partner facilities for distribution to defence clients in the United States and other countries.

KTEK stated that reaching full production capacity could translate to an estimated monthly revenue run rate of $1.7 million based on prior output metrics.

Following the announcement, the KTEK Aerosystems share price was unchanged at $0.18.

The supplier produces composite airframes and electromechanical assemblies for military and commercial unmanned aerial vehicles.

The business completed its stock market listing on the Australian Securities Exchange in May.
