Kalamazoo Resources names new CFO

Kalamazoo Resources (ASX:KZR) announced the appointment of Teresa Pacey as CFO, effective Sept. 28.

Pacey brings more than 17 years of experience in finance and accounting, including over a decade in senior leadership roles.

The board welcomes Pacey to Kalamazoo and looks forward to her contribution as the company continues to advance its projects and pursue long-term value for shareholders, said Kalamazoo Resources.

Prior to the appointment, Pacey served as group financial controller and head of finance at CoMade Group.

The company stated that the appointment strengthens its financial and commercial capability as it progresses key projects across Western Australia and Victoria.

Following the announcement, the Kalamazoo Resources share price was unchanged at $0.16.

The business continues to focus development efforts on its 1.44 Moz Ashburton Gold Project through its ongoing pre-feasibility study.
