K&S Corporation appoints Alain Tamara as new CFO

K&S Corporation (ASX:KSC) appointed Alain Tamara as its new CFO, effective April 10.

Tamara, who has served as the company's group financial controller since April 2025, brings over fifteen years of senior finance experience to the role, including a tenure at the energy and infrastructure giant Jemena.

Chairman Tony Johnson praised the internal promotion, noting that Tamara's extensive background in ASX-listed corporate reporting, audit, and risk management—combined with his deep internal knowledge of K&S systems—makes him an ideal fit for the executive leadership team.

At the time of reporting, K&S Corporation's share price was $3.25.
