James Hardie forecasts Q1 FY27 revenue of $1.48B
- Preliminary first-quarter net sales reached US$1.45 billion to US$1.48 billion, topping earlier company guidance.
- Adjusted EBITDA is projected between US$399 million and US$407 million, exceeding the previous upper estimate of US$375 million.

James Hardie (ASX:JHX) raised its first-quarter revenue outlook to between US$1.45 billion and US$1.48 billion following stronger product sales.
This preliminary figure exceeds the previous forecast of US$1.32 billion to US$1.35 billion issued by the company in May.
"Our first quarter results are expected to exceed our prior guidance, primarily as a result of better-than-expected sales in Siding & Trim," said James Hardie CEO Aaron Erter.
Siding and trim sales contributed US$846 million to US$860 million, while deck, rail, and accessories added US$296 million to US$305 million.
Following the announcement, the James Hardie share price was unchanged at $34.85.
