Douglas, a veteran finance executive with over 25 years of international experience, joins the poultry giant following a tenure as CFO of Brickworks (ASX:BKW).

He succeeds Gary Mallett, who is set to step down on Sept. 30, after seven years with the company.

Inghams’ CEO, Ed Alexander, highlighted Douglas's "breadth and depth of experience" as vital for the company’s next phase of growth and focus on earnings quality.
