Imdex (ASX:IMD) announced record full-year financial results for fiscal 2026, featuring total revenue of $520 million and a normalised net profit after tax of $59 million.
The revenue growth rate of 21% outpaced underlying global exploration market activity, which expanded by approximately 8% over the same period.
The strong financial performance reflects the ongoing execution of the company's well-established strategy to provide digital platform solutions that connect hardware, software, and AI-led geoscience analytics.
The company completed five complementary acquisitions during the period and increased its research and development investment to $43 million.
"Our customers are increasingly adopting connected technologies that help them improve productivity and make better decisions, driving further market share gains and growth in share of wallet," said Managing Director and CEO Paul House.
Following the announcement, the Imdex share price was down at $3.54.
Drill Site Technologies generated $501 million in revenue, while Digital Earth Knowledge contributed $19 million.
Platform-enabled revenue accounted for 47% of total group revenue during the 2026 financial year, up from previous periods.
