H3E (ASX:H3E) has progressed farm-out negotiations for its Alinya and Warro energy assets by executing confidentiality agreements with multiple third parties.
The current commercial developments follow the company's initial strategy update released on April 30.
"At Alinya, momentum continues to build as additional parties enter the process, while the level of engagement at Warro has enabled multiple participants to undertake detailed evaluations of the asset," said H3E Limited Managing Director John Smith.
The company stated four confidentiality agreements have been executed for the Warro gas project in Western Australia, with participants invited to submit commercial proposals.
Following the announcement, the H3E Limited share price was unchanged at $0.0060.
The Alinya Project in South Australia's Officer Basin covers prospective resources spanning oil, gas, hydrogen, and helium.
