  • Gratifii signed a binding three-year agreement with Qantas Airways to offer movies and experiences on the Qantas Frequent Flyer platform.
  • Financial terms were not quantified, as total revenue will depend on redemption volumes over the three-year period.
  • The integration exposes Gratifii to 18 million loyalty members through a single API connection enabled by Marketplacer.

Gratifii (ASX:GTI) signed a binding three-year deal with Qantas Airways (ASX:QAN) to offer its movie and experience catalogue on the airline's loyalty marketplace.

The enterprise integration builds on the company's existing drop-ship platform infrastructure.

"Going live puts our movies and experiences in front of 18 million Qantas Frequent Flyer members and delivers on the pipeline of partnerships we signalled to the market," said Gratifii CEO and Managing Director Iain Dunstan.

The company stated that the deal opens a new distribution channel for its cinema network, though exact financial returns cannot yet be reliably calculated because revenue depends on redemption volumes.

The agreement contains no material conditions precedent, and following the announcement, the Gratifii share price was unchanged at $0.03.

The rollout follows a similar supply agreement signed with Blackhawk Network in September 2026 to distribute movie tickets across Australian rewards programmes.

The technology company continues to leverage its strategic partnership with Marketplacer to connect wholesale experience suppliers with major enterprise loyalty clients.
