  • Goodman Group reported an operating profit of $2.67 billion for the full year ended June 30, marking a 15.7% increase from the previous year.
  • Operating earnings per security reached $1.30, representing a 10.1% rise alongside a statutory profit of $2.78 billion.
  • The company stated that ongoing customer demand for urban logistics and data centre developments drove work in progress to $19.7 billion.

Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) posted an operating profit of $2.67 billion for fiscal 2026, up 15.7%.

This financial result followed an operating profit of $2.31 billion recorded in fiscal 2025.

Development earnings were the biggest contributor to the group’s result, delivering $1.79 billion.

“Demand is structural across both logistics and data centres. Automation and robotics continue to drive logistics requirements, while scarcity of power and land remains the key constraint on AI and cloud growth supporting data centre demand," said CEO Greg Goodman.

The company stated that its development work in progress reached $19.7 billion across 50 projects in 12 countries.

Goodman’s total portfolio increased to $89 billion on June 30. Property investment income was up 7% to $722.1 million, driven by higher average capital investment and rental growth.

Following the announcement, the Goodman share price was down at $29.22.

The group is targeting FY27 OEPS growth of 9%.

Goodman focuses on owning, developing, and managing industrial properties and digital infrastructure across major global consumer markets.
