FMR Resources (ASX:FMR) has agreed to sell its entire share capital in Canadian Future Metals for $200,000.
The transaction follows a restructuring of its portfolio as Canadian Future Metals prepares for an initial public offering on the ASX.
The consideration will be delivered as fully paid ordinary shares in the buyer based on its capital raising price.
Completion remains subject to standard conditions, including listing approvals, shareholder consents, and legal due diligence by late March 2027.
Following the announcement the FMR Resources share price was unchanged at $0.60.
The target company holds full ownership of the Fairfield project through its subsidiary, Canada Future Metals.
The agreement includes customary warranties and operational obligations for both parties prior to final completion.
