
FlexiRoam enters agreement targeting $0.44M revenue

FlexiRoam (ASX:FRX) signed a multi-year deal with an Australian payments group to supply cellular data connectivity for payment terminals.
The contract extends the company's payment-terminal business into Australia following earlier international agreements with Dialogue and Paydibs.
The agreement commenced on July 23 for an initial term of three years with successive two-year renewal options.
FlexiRoam stated that the agreement is expected to yield annualised recurring revenue of between $0.44 million and $0.50 million by late 2027.
Following the announcement, the FlexiRoam share price was unchanged at $0.03.
Australian consumers used over 1.04 million payment terminals during FY2025, completing more than $1.07 trillion in card transactions.
Industry forecasts project global cellular point-of-sale terminal installations will grow from 166 million units in 2024 to 247 million by 2029.
