Findi faces funding hurdles as suspension continues
- Findi has failed to secure a funding solution to fix its short cash runway while remaining in a prolonged trading suspension.
- The company's shares remain frozen at $0.405 following the trading halt enacted on June 22.
- Management continues actively negotiating with multiple parties to deliver a viable restructuring plan and finalize its delayed annual financial report.
Findi (ASX:FND) has failed to secure an acceptable financing or restructuring agreement to address its short cash runway and resolve its ongoing trading suspension.
The board placed the company in a trading suspension on June 22, 2026, following the receipt of an independent financial review and a draft audit report.
Addressing the group's funding requirements has taken longer than previously anticipated, and the company stated it is currently unable to confirm a definitive lodgement date for its audited financial statements and annual report for the year ended March 31.
The firm specifically highlighted funding concerns regarding its Indian operations while negotiations with potential funding partners remain ongoing without guaranteed outcomes.
Management noted that resolving the funding structure remains a core dependency for completing its FY2026 financial audit.
Following the announcement the Findi share price was unchanged at $0.405.
The ongoing strategic review follows a broader board reshuffle in 2026, which included the appointment of three new non-executive directors and a new Chairman on June 5.
