Everest Metals starts $145,000 co-funded drilling program

  • Everest Metals has commenced a 2,000-metre reverse circulation drilling programme at its Mt Dimer Project in Western Australia.
  • The Western Australian Government is co-funding 50% of drilling and mobilisation costs up to $145,000 under Round 32 of the Exploration Incentive Scheme.
  • The campaign aims to test high-priority gold anomalies along the same geological structure as adjacent mining operations.

Everest Metals (ASX:EMC) has commenced a 2,000-metre reverse circulation drilling programme at its Mt Dimer Project.

The Western Australian Government is co-funding up to $145,000 of the campaign through its Exploration Incentive Scheme.

"This EIS co-funded drilling programme represents an exciting opportunity to advance exploration at the Mt Dimer Exploration Project," said Everest Metals Executive Chairman and CEO Mark Caruso.

The campaign targets three high-priority gold anomalies located 150km  northwest of Kalgoorlie.

Following the announcement, the Everest Metals share price was unchanged at $0.12.

The company holds diverse mineral exploration assets across Western Australia, including gold and critical minerals.

Everest Metals recently submitted a mining development proposal for its flagship Mt Edon Rubidium Project.
