The newly confirmed trial protocol is designed to compare the performance of this oral soluble film formulation against an existing Australian-registered reference vardenafil tablet.
The clinical trial will be conducted under strict fasted-state conditions utilising a cohort of healthy male subjects.
The company stated that the results from this preliminary evaluation are intended to directly inform the design of a subsequent pivotal bioequivalence study.
