Euro Manganese (ASX:EMN) signed a non-binding term sheet with 6K Energy to supply high-purity electrolytic manganese metal from 2028.

The agreement follows 6K Energy testing and qualifying material produced at the Euro Manganese demonstration plant.

Martina Blahova, President and CEO of Euro Manganese, commented, "6K Energy’s successful testing and preliminary qualification of our material provide valuable validation of its quality and suitability for advanced battery-material applications."

The company stated the pricing structure supports anticipated debt needs while preserving potential upside exposure to strengthening manganese prices.
