Dubber (ASX:DUB) entered an agreement to acquire assets from contact centre artificial intelligence provider Daisee for up to $1.3 million.
The target business brings annual recurring revenue of just under $1.7 million, offering immediate operational scale to the software provider.
The transaction demonstrates the strength of the balance sheet and confirms the ability to execute platform growth, according to the company.
Under the terms, the consideration features an upfront cash payment of $400,000 followed by two deferred payments of up to $300,000 each.
Following the announcement the Dubber share price was unchanged at $0.0080.
The acquisition comprises customer contracts, intellectual property, technology assets, selected supplier contracts, and key operational personnel.
The company plans to release new call recording summaries in September and additional artificial intelligence products in October.
