DroneShield (ASX:DRO) announced the appointment of Rebecca Lowde as CFO alongside reaching a FY26 committed revenue benchmark exceeding $250 million.
This represents an increase from the previously reported $240 million committed revenue as the company works towards its full-year guidance range of $250 million to $270 million.
DroneShield CEO and Managing Director Angus Bean said, “As DroneShield continues to scale globally, [Rebecca’s] operational discipline, commercial judgement and experience through periods of rapid growth and complexity will be highly valuable.”
The firm accepted its first order for the AI-enabled RfRecon device, scheduled for Western European deployment by late 2026, while outgoing CFO Carla Balanco assists with transition arrangements.
These key updates position the company to pursue an additional $46 million in committed revenue for FY2027 and beyond.
Following the announcement, the DroneShield share price was unchanged at $1.71.
The corporate leadership update brings extensive sector experience via Lowde, who previously led financial operations at MYOB, Afterpay, Salmat, and Bravura Solutions.
