DPM Metals reports 97,000 ounces third quarter production
- DPM Metals delivered 97,000 gold-equivalent ounces in the third quarter of 2026.
- The company expects to reach the high end of its full-year 2026 production targets.
- Growth is supported by mine ramp-ups and nearly $150 million in year-to-date share buybacks.
DPM Metals (ASX:DPM) achieved preliminary production of 97,000 gold-equivalent ounces during the third quarter ended Sept. 30.
The quarterly output was driven by strong operational performance across its mining assets, putting the business on track to hit the upper boundary of its annual targets.
"We continue to deliver strong operating performance, producing 97,000 gold-equivalent ounces in the third quarter, positioning DPM to achieve the high end of our production guidance for 2026," said DPM Metals President and CEO David Rae.
Operations at Vareš progressed ahead of internal timelines, while Chelopech processed 530 kilotonnes of ore to contribute 50,000 gold-equivalent ounces.
Before year-end, the miner plans to start development of the twin declines for the Wedge Zone to add near-term production and extend mine life.
Following the announcement, the DPM Metals share price was up at $55.37.
Capital management efforts featured share buybacks totalling nearly $150 million year-to-date.
