Doctor Care Anywhere (ASX:DOC) reported total revenue of £20.4 million for the six months ended June 30, alongside a 27.1% increase in EBITDA to £2.6 million.
The financial performance compares against the previous corresponding period in 2025 when revenue stood at £19.2 million and EBITDA reached £2.1 million.
Free cash flow more than doubled to £1.5 million during the period, driven by operational cost controls and the integration of newly acquired assets.
The business completed the acquisition of DCA Medicspot for £0.9 million on May 8, which contributed £0.9 million in revenue and established a presence in the UK weight management sector.
Following the announcement, the Doctor Care Anywhere share price was unchanged at $0.12.
The telehealth provider continues to broaden its revenue streams beyond traditional insurer channels by securing strategic partnerships, such as an agreement with Ramsay Health Care UK to offer self-pay online GP appointments.
The company maintains operations across digital health platforms and corporate healthcare markets in the United Kingdom.
