Digital safety platform Aura (ASX:AXQ) commenced trading on the ASX on July 9 following its $3 billion acquisition of Qoria.

The company expects to raise $145 million through the issuance of 20 million depository interests.

Trading commenced on a conditional and deferred settlement basis at a price of $6.93 per security.

The company stated that the transaction involves acquiring 100% of the issued capital of Qoria.

Following the announcement, the Aura share price was unchanged at $6.93.

The combined business generated more than US$300 million in annual recurring revenue during the 2025 financial year.

The board stated that it forecasts revenue growth to exceed 20% throughout the 2026 period.
