Macmahon Holdings (ASX:MAH) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Decmil, has been awarded $51 million by Tilt Renewables for works on the 108MW Waddi Windfarm in Western Australia's mid-west.

The contract forms part of a $91 million balance of plant agreement, awarded on a split-scope basis with RJE Global, which will receive $40 million.

Under the joint venture, Decmil will be responsible for designing and constructing key components of the 18-turbine wind farm, including turbine bases, access tracks, site cabling, and a switch room.

Located approximately 150km north of Perth near Dandaragan, the project is scheduled to commence in early 2026 and is expected to be completed by early 2027.

Macmahon Managing Director and CEO Michael Finnegan said the award highlights Decmil’s capabilities in civil construction within the renewables sector and aligns with the company's strategy to expand its Australian civil infrastructure business.

Macmahon’s FY26 guidance remains unchanged.
