Cuscal reports $42.7M annual statutory profit

Cuscal (ASX:CCL) reported a 49% statutory profit increase to $42.7 million for the 2026 financial year.

The annual statutory profit represents an increase compared to the $28.7 million recorded in the prior year. Underlying net operating income increased 20% to $347.7 million.

"The acquisitions of Indue and Paymark have significantly increased our scale, strengthened our position across Australia and New Zealand, and expanded the range of payments capabilities we deliver to clients," said Cuscal Managing Director Craig Kennedy.

Management noted underlying profit reached $46.2 million after removing $3.5 million in non-recurring tax and acquisition costs.

The company declared a final dividend of 7 cents per share, bringing its total dividend for FY26 to 11.5 cents per share.

Executives projected mid-twenties percentage volume growth, and following the announcement the Cuscal share price was up at $5.64.

The company operates as an independent business-to-business payments provider serving clients throughout the Australian and New Zealand financial markets.
