The company's group revenue rose to $82.8 million, a 12% increase over the prior corresponding period, which management attributed to a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

The company's statutory net profit after tax saw a substantial 133% jump to $9.2 million, while underlying NPAT attributable to shareholders rose 45% to $7.2 million.

Funds under advice increased 11% to $40.2 billion, while funds under management grew 49% to $5.3 billion, supported by the transition of Count portfolios and managed account growth.

The equity partnerships segment now employs 76 financial advisers, benefiting from a 12% revenue increase in financial planning.

The board declared an interim fully franked dividend of 2 cents per share, representing a 14% increase from the previous year.

CEO Hugh Humphrey noted that the results reflect a deliberate strategy to scale wealth management operations amidst strengthening demand for advice and investment solutions.
