Cobram Estate Olives (ASX:CBO) announced it expects its 2026 Australian harvest to produce approximately 11.3 million litres of olive oil from 74,300 tonnes of olives.

This total volume represents a decrease from the 14.2 million litres of olive oil produced from 80,000 tonnes of olives during the 2025 harvest.

The company stated that 2026 was a lower-yielding biennial cycle year but noted that total oil production from its own groves and contract-processed fruit grew by 11.9% compared to the 2024 off-year harvest of 10.1 million litres.

To supplement the current season, the business secured an additional 0.8 million litres of olive oil from other Australian millers to bring its total available supply to 12.1 million litres.

Following the announcement, the Cobram Estate Olives share price was down at $3.70.

The company reported that olive oil quality remains consistent with expectations and that it holds sufficient supply to meet its packaged goods sales plan through to the 2027 harvest.

The business stated that the 2027 crop is expected to be a higher-yielding year, with two-year rolling average production projected to exceed 20 million litres when currently planted trees reach full maturity.
