The reported earnings exceeded the company's prior guidance range of $12.3 million.

Normalised EBITDA margins for the business improved to 29% of net revenue from 26% previously.

Centrepoint stated its network reached 576 authorised representatives, claiming this ranks it as the second largest market licensee.

Pending a full-year briefing in August, following the announcement, the Centrepoint Alliance share price was unchanged at $0.26.

The salaried advice division generated $10.3 million in revenue, aided by acquisitions of Cairns Wealth and Pinnacle Wealth.

Combined funds under management and administration for the company increased by 48% to $638.3 million.
