Cauldron Energy (ASX:CXU) has concluded its 76-day 2026 exploration drilling programme after completing 10,506m across 100 holes.
The 100-hole campaign marks a full wrap-up of 2026 field operations, following the 2025 drill programme that initially established the 9.8 million pound Manyingee North resource.
"A lot of planning and logistics goes into each programme, and I am pleased to say that the programme went off without a hitch and that there are obvious signs of improvement and better management with each successive programme," stated the company in its announcement.
The programme included 23 final drill holes at Manyingee South, where mineralisation was extended 2,500m upstream beyond the 2026 resource polygon, alongside five final holes at Manyingee North.
The company stated that the drilling results will be incorporated into an updated JORC resource report scheduled for release to shareholders within two months.
Following the announcement, the Cauldron Energy share price was unchanged at $0.067.
The Manyingee South deposit currently hosts an inferred resource of 14.9 million pounds of triuranium octoxide at an average grade of 319 parts per million.
