Burnham Says UK to Review Electoral System With New Commission

Prime Minister Andy Burnham says the UK will create a commission to review its electoral system. "We will contest the next election with a manifesto commitment to change the electoral system so that everyone's vote counts and everyone's voice is heard," Burnham says at the Labour Party's annual conference in Liverpool.
