Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) secured permanent regulatory authorisation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to supply three infant formula products across the United States.

The approval transitions the business from temporary market access into a permanent supplier within the regulated American infant nutrition sector.

"This approval provides the platform to accelerate our US growth strategy, deepen retailer partnerships, strengthen consumer awareness of the Bubs brand and expand consumer reach across a market where we are already represented in more than 10,000 stores nationwide," said Bubs Australia Managing Director and CEO Joe Coote.

The decision covers Bubs Goat, Bubs 350 Day Grass Fed, and Bubs Essential products, establishing a base to pursue private label manufacturing opportunities.

Following the announcement, the Bubs Australia share price was up at $0.14.

The company currently distributes its infant nutrition portfolio across more than 10,000 retail stores in the United States.

The regulatory approval builds on recent momentum after the business generated $111.9 million in full-year revenue.
