Boom Logistics (ASX:BOL) reported statutory revenue of $271.0 million for the 2026 financial year, marking a 2.4% increase compared to the prior year.
The revenue growth follows a period of improved operational performance, with underlying earnings per share rising 48.2% to 32.9 cents against the previous year's 22.2 cents.
"We lifted margins, improved cash generation, increased shareholder funds, and secured long-term work across our key markets," the company stated in its annual results announcement.
The company reported a statutory net profit after tax of $11 million, impacted by one-off costs including asset sales and recovery of misused funds, while free cash flow rose to $8.3 million.
The company plans to return 40% to 60% of earnings to shareholders in the 2027 financial year, following a year that saw $7 million returned through share buybacks and the declaration of a 2.25 cent per share dividend.
Following the announcement, the Boom Logistics share price was up 1.46% at $2.08.
