Biome Australia launches new probiotic products

• Biome Australia announced the launch of two new two-month probiotic products set for release in the first half of FY27.
• Following the announcement, Biome shares traded up 1.43% at $0.355.
• The product launches aim to spread demand across more stock units and de-risk supply for the business's top-selling lines.

Biome Australia (ASX:BIO) announced it will launch Biome Daily Probiotic 60 and Biome Daily Kids Probiotic 60 in the first half of FY27.

The new additions represent larger two-month formats of the company's two highest-volume product lines.

The company stated that internal modelling indicates new sales are expected to run well ahead of any product substitution.

Biome Australia Founder and Managing Director, Blair Vega Norfolk, said, "A two-month pack helps patients stay on the product and gives the pharmacists and practitioners who support them a simpler recommendation."

The products will be manufactured under an onshore agreement with Speciality Probiotics Australia as Biome's first locally made lines.

Following the announcement, the Biome Australia share price was up at $0.355.

The business previously reported full-year sales revenue of $23.9 million for FY26.

Biome distributes its product lines across more than 7,500 pharmacy distribution points throughout Australia.
