  • archTIS secured a three-year contract valued at approximately $445,000 with a U.S. private aviation provider.
  • The deal generates immediate software licensing, support, and professional services revenue via annual payments.
  • The deal marks the company’s expansion into commercial markets outside its core defence sector.

Data-centric security provider archTIS (ASX:AR9) announced a three-year software agreement valued at approximately $445,000 with a major U.S.-based private aviation service company.

The agreement expands the company's client footprint beyond its core historical market of government, defence, and national security clients.

"This three-year agreement matters less for its value than for what it demonstrates," said ArchTIS Chief Strategy Officer and U.S. President Kurt A. Mueffelmann.

Under the contract, the client will deploy the Spirion Sensitive Data Platform across its Microsoft 365 environment, workstations, and enterprise file shares with payments due on an annual basis.

The initial agreement creates potential future expansion opportunities for additional products across the company's broader portfolio.

Following the announcement, the ArchTIS share price was unchanged at $0.052.

The transaction represents a step in the strategy to deploy data protection tools to commercial sectors that handle sensitive information.
