AMA Group (ASX:AMA) delivered a record revenue of $1.04 billion for the financial year ended June 30, representing an 8.6% increase compared to the prior period.

Operating cash inflow for FY26 of $32.8 million after all lease costs, despite higher income tax payments of $12.5 million in FY26, an increase of $11.6 million on the prior year.

"Strong performances from our ACM, Mechanical and ADAS businesses demonstrate the value of complementary capabilities across the vehicle repair lifecycle and position the Group to respond to evolving customer and industry needs," said AMA Group Managing Director Ray Smith-Roberts.

The business reported a net profit after tax of $7.7 million, rebounding from a net loss after tax of $6.2 million in the 2025 financial year, alongside a net debt position of $18.4 million as of June 30.

Following the announcement, the AMA Group share price was up at $0.48.

For the FY27 financial year, we expect normalised pre-AASB 16 EBITDA to be in the range of $75-$80 million, subject to ordinary business trading conditions.

In FY27, further improvement and growth, from capacity management opportunities, will be pursued by extending the customer base and service offerings and through targeted initiatives in systems, processes, tools and technology.

The group operates vehicle repair networks across Australia and New Zealand, including specialised collision repair sites and mechanical services.
