Alchemy Resources starts drilling across NSW project sites
- Alchemy Resources has launched a reverse circulation drilling campaign at its Yellow Mountain and Overflow project sites in New South Wales.
- The company plans to drill up to 15 holes to explore high-grade gold targets and northern extensions of known mineralised areas.
- The drilling programme aims to follow up on late 2025 results that returned significant base-metal intercepts and identified new underground anomalies.
Alchemy Resources (ASX:ALY) has commenced a 15-hole reverse circulation drilling campaign across its 80%-owned Yellow Mountain and Overflow projects in New South Wales.
The programme follows late 2025 drilling at Yellow Mountain that returned significant mineralisation, including a 113-metre intercept at 1.17% copper equivalent.
"The late 2025 drilling at Yellow Mountain intersected significant widths of base-metal mineralisation. Follow-up IP surveys defined a coincident target immediately along strike to the north and a larger, deeper 750-metre anomaly to the east," said Alchemy Resources CEO James Wilson.
The ongoing campaign will test two induced polarisation targets at Yellow Mountain, including a 750-metre anomaly located east of the 2025 drill sites.
At Overflow, the team is targeting two high-grade gold shoots and an untested gap within 50m of the surface.
Following which the Alchemy Resources share price was unchanged at $0.0080.
The Overflow property holds an existing mineral resource estimate of 342,000 ounces of gold equivalent beneath shallow cover.
