Adrad Holdings (ASX:AHL) reported financial results for the year ended June 30, delivering a 15.4% increase in statutory net profit after tax to $6.5 million alongside modest revenue growth.
The result compares to the prior year's statutory net profit after tax of $5.7 million, with continuing operations revenue ticking up 1.6% from $153.1 million to $155.5 million.
The improvement in earnings reflects strengthened leadership, organisational restructuring, and operational efficiency initiatives implemented throughout FY26, together with continued growth in the heat transfer solutions segment and disciplined cost management across the group.
Operating cash flow for the year increased 28.8% to $17.9 million, up from $13.9 million in FY25, while underlying EBITDA rose 10.8% to $19.5 million.
The company stated that its strong balance sheet at the end of FY26 provides capacity to continue investing in strategic growth initiatives.
Following the announcement, the Adrad Holdings share price was up at $1.18.
The board declared a fully franked final dividend of 2.56 cents per ordinary share, bringing total dividends declared for FY26 to 4.01 cents per share, representing approximately 50% of statutory NPAT.
The manufacturer operates primarily through two key operating segments, consisting of Heat Transfer Solutions and Adrad Distribution.
