Adairs (ASX:ADH) Managing Director and CEO Elle Roseby has submitted her resignation after leading the company for just over two years.

The leadership change comes as the company restructures its executive team to support an orderly management transition through March 2027.

“It is a privilege to lead the Adairs Group, and I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved together,” said Adairs Group CEO and Managing Director Elle Roseby.

The board created a new executive general manager role for Rachel Taylor while expanding chief financial officer Matt Edmonds’ responsibilities to cover operations.

Following the announcement, the Adair's share price was down at $1.24.

The homewares retailer operates physical stores and digital channels across three primary brands, including Adairs, Mocka, and Focus on Furniture.

The group generated $641.7 million in total sales while posting an underlying net profit after tax of $34.6 million for the full year 2026.
