Ambertech (ASX:AMO) has announced a trading update for the financial year ended June 30, highlighting a robust second-half performance that is expected to drive full-year revenue beyond $100 million.
The company anticipates unaudited second-half revenue to exceed $54 million, a notable increase from $45.5 million in the first half, and well above the $95.5 million recorded in FY24.
The improved results have been attributed to the successful delivery of several key projects within the media systems and defence, law enforcement and emergency services segments, as well as sustained strong trading across its major retail and commercial dealer networks.
The company also expects a significant uplift in EBITDA margin for the second half, materially exceeding the 2.4% margin achieved in H1 FY25.
Managing Director Peter Amos stated that the second half's expected revenue marks a record half-yearly result for Ambertech, reflecting the completion of delayed projects and rising demand across various product segments.
"Our strong financial performance underscores the diversification and resilience of our product offering," Amos said.
He acknowledged ongoing challenges in consumer-driven markets such as musical instruments and specialist HiFi equipment, but reaffirmed the company's confidence in their long-term prospects.
Amos added that increasing defence sector demand and new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients bolster Ambertech’s medium- and long-term outlook.
