Tamboran Resources (ASX:TBN) prices US IPO

Tamboran Resources has priced its initial public offering of 3,125,000 shares at $24 per share.

The IPO aims to raise $75 million for Tamboran's Shenandoah South Pilot Project in the Beetaloo Basin.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 468,750 shares at the IPO price, minus discounts.

Trading under "TBN" begins on the NYSE from June 27.
