Silk Logistics (ASX:SLH) CFO to depart in 2024

Brendon Pentland announced his resignation as CFO of Silk Logistics Holdings.

Pentland will remain with Silk until early 2024 to oversee the completion of FY24 half year results and facilitate a smooth transition to his successor.

The company initiated the process to appoint a new CFO and anticipates making the appointment promptly.

Pentland, who joined the company in 2020, played a pivotal role in its initial public offering in July 2021.
